UMTS Backup: For ENX over Internet, routers with backup Internet connectivity over UMTS using a customer-provided SIM card are available.

Dedicated MPLS: Used for mission critical applications and data exchange. Managed Service including MPLS circuit, equipment, managed VPN tunnels to OEM’s. Includes end to end SLA.

ENX over Internet: Utilizes customer's existing Internet connection. Requires 1 Public Static IP address. Opentext provides the router to connect to customer Internet connection and we build the ENX VPN’s on the router. Opentext can also provide the Internet connection if needed.

Standard: Standard support inquiries are evaluated and responded to in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the ENX Association and completed in a best-effort basis.

Standard Plus: OpenText responds to a support inquiry within one (1) business day of receipt from customer. Support provided during standard business hours. Includes 5 support incidents per year.

Premium: OpenText responds to a support inquiry within eight (8) hours of receipt from customer. Includes 24x7x365 support to remedy production outages. Includes 12 suport incidents per year.

Premium Plus: OpenText responds to a support inquiry within four (4) hours of receipt from customer. Includes 24x7x365 support to remedy production outages and for advance scheduled maintenance activities. Includes 30 support incidents per year.

Additional options:

QoS: On fixed line MPLS links, certain parts of ENX bandwidth can be dedicated to particular tunnels or types of traffic for applications like VOIP.

EDI transaction delivery: OpenText can provide EDI Translation services along with any OFTP protocols and services.
