ISA2027.1: German Language Version Now Available

Since 1 October 2026, the ISA2027.1 is available in German. This improves accessibility of the internationally leading standard for information security in the automotive supply chain for the significant group of German speaking users – from engineering and production through to purchasing.

The ISA is the binding basis for TISAX® assessments. Companies use it to demonstrate that they meet the requirements for protecting information. The German version therefore makes it considerably easier to prepare for upcoming assessments. However, the English version remains authoritative for TISAX® assessments. 

At the same time, the English version has been updated to 2027.1. The changes are purely editorial; the substantive requirements remain unchanged. Both language versions now carry the designation 2027.1 and are fully aligned.

The German translation lowers the entry barrier, accelerates practical implementation and thus strengthens information security across the entire supply chain.
